Quantifying the Sport of the Mind

2025: The year meditation became measurable What a year for the World Meditation League. On October 2, we launched the world's first Quantified Meditation Challenge using science and technology—transforming an ancient practice into quantifiable achievement through All Here's Quantified Meditation System.

Meditation Made Real

The Tokyo Challenge marked a historic turning point. Watch the video below and discover the science behind making Meditation measurable and observable.   See how the Concentration and Mindfulness Index (CMI) tracks brain state changes every millisecond, with each meditator's data displayed in real time.   Watch Alpha Waves reveal how awareness shifts between focal attention and open monitoring.   Quantifying Achievements   Understand the Silent Mind Index (SMI), which combines the Concentration and Mindfulness Index with significant brainwave changes to measure meditation depth.   And discover QM³, a three-minute window revealing how steadily practitioners maintain silence, stability, and awareness—not just reaching a deep meditative state, but sustaining it.   A New Era for Meditation

As our founder Erkin Bek stated: "For the first time in history, silence itself becomes a measurable achievement."

This was the year meditation entered a new era—tangible, quantifiable, and inspirational as a pursuit of human excellence.  Learn more about the science and watch the challenge: https://www.wml.org/tokyo-qm-challenge Looking Ahead To everyone who contributed to making 2025 an inspiring and transformative year — thank you. Your commitment, curiosity, and presence continue to shape what WML can achieve.

Wishing you a peaceful holiday season and a bright start to the year ahead. Inspire to Meditate, with Science & Technology.
