On June 22, the world witnessed Quantified Meditation in action — where ancient wisdom met science in real-time. Now, the official results are here.
🔍 What We Measured
Using EEG-guided Brain-Computer Interface technology, we tracked two key indicators:
- Concentration Index– A high Concentration Index indicates a decrease in past/future mind-wandering and an increase in attention regulation and self-awareness.
- Meditation Depth Impact – Reflects increased focal attention compared to baseline, indicated by suppression of Alpha brainwave power.
Top & Overall Average Results
1. Concentration Index
🔹 Highest: 1.47 - Balaji Krishnamoorthy
🔹 Average: 0.92
A higher score = stronger presence, reduced mind-wandering
2. Meditation Depth Impact
🔹 Highest: 77% - Apoorv Pathak
🔹 Average: 37%
A higher score = increased focal attention
