TOKYO MEDITATION
CHALLENGE 2025

Put your meditation skills to the test and discover the potential of a truly quiet mind.

WHAT IS THE
CHALLENGE?

The Tokyo Meditation Challenge is a one-of-a-kind, invitation-only event that combines ancient practice with modern science. Using EEG brain tracking technology, we’ll assess the depth of your meditation and give you a report of your performance.

The top meditators will be invited to a live event in Tokyo on 1st and 2nd October. The Meditation Challenge is delivered in collaboration with University of Tokyo and Professor Ken Mogi.
