Meditation
A Sport

Now is the time for the sport of the mind – WINNING WITHOUT MOVING™
For centuries, people have competed in combat sports such as boxing.

LEAGUE FORMAT
A select number of experienced meditators will take part in 'sprint' three-minute rounds of meditation, with a one-minute gap in between.
Participants will wear EEG brain caps to measure their brain activity in real time.
Brain activity data will be analysed and visualised on a screen for the live and TV audience.
Sports commentators will bring the performance to life, supported by neuroscience and meditation history analysts.
The contest winner will be the meditator who consistently demonstrates reduced mind-wandering and increased focused attention.
*Full rules of engagement will follow.
