2025年6月22日、All HereとWMLの共催により、 「ジュネーブ瞑想チャレンジ」 が開催されました。これは、 「瞑想の数値化」 を一般に公開した世界初のイベントです。 当日は、TM瞑想、テーラワーダのジャーナ瞑想、ハートフルネス、アート・オブ・リビング、マインドフルネスなど、多様な瞑想実践者が参加。EEG（脳波計）を活用したBCI（ブレイン・コンピュータ・インターフェース）技術によって、瞑想中の脳活動がリアルタイムで記録・可視化されました。 科学とテクノロジーを通して、これまでにない新しいかたちで瞑想を目の当たりにする瞬間となりました。 このチャレンジは、まさに瞑想のマラソンです。参加者は、集中力を高め、マインド・ワンダリングを抑え、内なる静寂を目指すという課題に取り組みながら、自身の限界に挑みました。瞑想、科学、そしてテクノロジーが融合した、かけがえのない体験の場が生まれました。 ご参加いただいた 実践者の皆様 、 ご来場いただいた観客の皆様 、そしてこのビジョンの実現にご協力くださった 関係者の皆様 に、心より感謝申し上げます。皆様
