What does it look like when you meditate? We're finding out right now.
Currently happening in Tokyo and Kamakura — our Japan Meditation Testing experience offers you the opportunity to meditate while your brain activity is recorded using advanced brain imaging technology.
Backed by years of scientific research conducted by All Here in Switzerland and abroad, our Quantified Meditation report provides you with personalized insights on focal attention, mind-wandering, self-awareness and self beyond bodily awareness.
In collaboration with The Collective Intelligence Research Laboratory at the University of Tokyo, University of Geneva, and our passionate partners at Zen2.0 in Kamakura.
Few people share meditation's social benefits as deeply as Miki Kouji, Mikio Shishido and Julia Inada. These aligned collaborations create greater ripple effects, bringing science and tradition together.
Each participant discovered what their practice looks like from the inside out — while also contributing essential data that supports a deeper scientific understanding of the mental and physiological benefits of meditation.
We are committed to continue advancing the science and understanding of meditation, as much as meditators in Japan are committed to deepening their practice.
Inspired by the incredible feedback and meaningful insights shared during our EEG Meditation Testing Sessions in Kamakura and Tokyo – take a look at the moments that made this experience unforgettable.
