Unveiled at the Tokyo Quantified Meditation Challenge, the All Here QMS provides a real-time window into the meditative mind across parameters such as mind-wandering, attention, and self-awareness, using scientifically established metrics, including the Concentration & Mindfulness Index (CMI) and the Silent Mind Index (SMI).

Like the Tokyo Challenge participants, attendees challenged themselves with the QM3 format (Quantified Meditation 3) capturing their deepest and most sustained three minutes of meditative state.

After each session, participants could observe a live visualization of their brain activity, accompanied by scientific commentary from All Here’s Meditation Research Team, helping them understand how their brain states shift during practice. Afterward, they received a Quantified Meditation report summarizing their meditation performance, designed to support their ongoing practice.

The curiosity and excitement sparked during the Tokyo QM Sessions reflect a growing interest in the scientific exploration of meditation, while opening new avenues for collaboration with research centers, meditation communities, and mental health professionals.
